Summer 1999
In the summer of 1999, my brothers (all 5 of them) got together and paid for plane tickets for myself and my children. We had the pleasure of spending a week where I grew up (In Quebec) and also at my parent's cottage. Those 7 days went by too quickly. I hope we can all go back this summer!!!
This is my parent's cottage. There was a lot of work done since I'd seen it last. A foundation that wasn't there before. A balcony where we had all of our meals; doesn't food taste so much better when eaten outdoors?
A view from the lake side. Not very clear, but there is a raft there and my older son is swimming towards it. I'm a very proud mom, and honestly, this is the only lake I don't mind swimming in. LOL
My youngest son enjoying himself on the beach. I never thought I'd ever get all the sand off of their clothes. LOL
My two boys (in the middle) with 2 of their cousins!!! My youngest boy had never met them, and it had been 3 years since my oldest boy had seen them. What a great time they had!!!!
