Project Pat- Layin Da Smack Down: "Sippin' Some Syrup" and then blowing up with his own "Chickenhead," Project Pat takes it to the next level with his fourth joint LAYIN' DA SMACK DOWN. Produced by Three 6 Mafia members DJ Paul and Juicy "J," (Pat's real-life brother), these jams have their roots deep in the world of playas, hustlas, and hoes. Much like original '70s Mack Willie Hutch, (who appears on the intro to "Choose U" which heavily samples Hutch's classic "I Choose You"), Project Pat provides the soundtrack to the kinds of characters that regularly popped up in Iceberg Slim novels. Women get the short end of the stick whether it's a raw ode to oral sex ("Still Ridin' Clean"), a "typical ghetto broad" taking a drug rap for her pimp ("Take Da Charge"), or just garden-variety misogyny ("Shut Ya Mouth, B*tch"). Otherwise, Pat rhymes about doing time ("County Jail"), going buck wild ("Make Dat Azz Clap [Back Clap]" featuring Juvenile), and the glories of drink ("That Drank") and drugs ("Smokin' Out"). Also included is a bonus disc featuring four songs with accompanying intros that include DJ Paul's "You Scared" and Lil Wyte's "Crash da Club."

Richie Rich- Nixon, Pryor, Roundtree: Richie Rich is finally back after spending his days in prison, He's again back and releasing his second indie album sinc his one with Def Jam called Seasoned Veteran. The album is pretty good with track being full of flava thats true to Richie Rich's purest form. The key to this album are the tracks,  like "Say Bitch" featuring Too Short, "How I Ride" featuring Justice and the the title track. But in an overview is album is pretty slammin' proving that he's back and here to stay for a while.

Hellraza- Hell Razed Us: The album "Hell Razed us" in very strong and on point. Hellraza really steps up in his debut effort there are many tracks which fans will love. Tracks like "More Cream To Make" and "In The Name Of Makaveli" are the street bangers which long time Outlaw and 2pac fans will love but what seperates this album from the rest is that it's filled with important content and focuses on key issues. The Album first single " Last Dayz" (ONE OF THE BEST SONGS OF 2002!) is a track which is straight from the heart about struggle, hope and survival Hellraza delivers a powerfull messsage to fans on this song. Similar things cna be said for " Cry For Help" Feat his older brother Napoleon and " Life Luv It Or Lose It". Fans will love this album because Hellraza brings something real to the table and this is an album that fans should check to quote Hellraza " I am not killing anyone on this cd or focusing on nay of that nonsense this is about my struggle my story and my thoughts and it's all real and from the heart". For a person who has seen and endured so much in his young life the impact of losing his parents and brother and mentor Tupac Shakur in such a young age can all be felt through his music on "Hell Razed Us".
