Big Pimpin- Compilation: The Priority family has managed to produce another top-quality sound with their latest album, Big Pimpin. Priority has been producing records with their distinct mix of original lyrics and mobbin' beats for years...and they don't dissapoint with the latest cuts. "Poppin Collars" and the classic "Captain Save a Ho," hits home right away. The record is packed full of cuts you'll replay for years. 7 OUT OF 10

Nutt-so- The Movie: Nutt-So's album has great beats and smart lyrics far above some of the previous Outlaw Recordz' releases... If you're an Outlawz fan and you like that non-radio real rap, you'll love this cd! Much of the album has a story-telling type style which works well for Nutt-So, especially the song Devil's Advocate. I like how the Outlawz kept out of this album, because I think that they would have messed with the chemistry. Obviously this album was done before he signed with the label. A very solid release by a very underrated story teller. They should never have taken Nutt-so off Pac's song Words 2 My First Born! 8 OUT OF 10

J Live- All Of The Above: J-live in my opinion is one of the best MCs around. His flow is top notch, second only to eminem. but his thoughts and words are beyond the traditional commercial rap ideas and genres of hoes, money, cars. He speaks upon 9/11 and the causes of being the haves(USA) vs the have nots (poor nations starving). He also invents stories which are entertainig and creative (one for the griots) and don't pertain to a orgy at a strip club. He's not gansta, thug, or baller but if you like Mos Def or Talib Kweli you'll definately like J-Live. respect his skillz. An old-school storyteller instead of a verbal showman, J-Live spins yarns that will hook any hip-hop head immediately. Another progressive hip-hop tour de force. 9.5 OUT OF 10
