Translated from the Holy Quran
Surah Al-Fatiha
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)
All
the praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the 'Ālamīn (mankind, jinn and all that exists). (2) The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful (3) The Only Owner (and the Only Ruling Judge) of the Day of Recompense (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) (4) You (Alone) we worship, and You (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything). (5) Guide us to the Straight Way. (6) The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger, nor of those who went astray. (7)
Who is Allah?
Al-Muhaymin
English translation: The Safe-Guarder; The Protector; The One who witnesses the saying and deeds of His creatures.
"He is Allah—there is no deity but Him. He is the King, the Most Pure, the Perfect Peace, the Trustworthy, the Safeguarder , the Almighty, the Compeller, the Supremely Great. Glory be to Allah above all they associate with Him." ( Surat al-Hashr, 59:23) Listen to all

Hadith
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “If you put your trust completely in Almighty Allah, He will arrange for your sustenance in the same way as He provides for the birds. They go out in the morning with their stomachs empty and return filled in the evening.” (At-Tirmidhi)
Duaa
Upon experiencing unrest, fear, apprehensiveness and the like during sleep (to be recited in arabic if possible)
‘I take refuge in the perfect words of Allaah from His anger and punishment and from the evil of His servants, and from the madness and appearance of devils.’
