Quantity/Servings:      SERVES 4-6
Ingredients:
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/2 CUP HEAVY CREAM
1 TB BUTTER
1/2 CUP PECANS CHOPPED
1/4 t SALT
1/4 t CINNAMON
1/4 t NUTMEG
DASH ALLSPICE
3 LARGE YAMS COOKED
(CAN USE LARGE CAN OF YAMS)
Preparation:
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT YAMS
STIF OVER MEDIUM HEAT (BE SURE NOT TO BOIL)
BLEND UNTIL FORMS HEAVY SYRUP

IN ANOTHER DISH HEAT YAMS

POUR SYRUP OVER YAMS 

SERVE  YAMS CAAN BE KEPT WARM FOR 1/2 HOUR BEFORE SERVING IN OVEN

Bake: 250 DEGREE OVEN TO KEEP WARM...
CAN ALSO BE PLACED IN 350 DEGREE OVEN IF YAMS WERE NOT PREHEATED FOR 1/2 HOUR
