Jesus came not to be served but to serve & give His life as a ransom for many. True leadership empowers others to be all that God wants them to be. Let us have the maturity & grace to invest in others likewise.
Leaders are shepherds not slave-drivers; examples not hypocrites.
Leaders must have knowledge & practical experience. They must also be humble, for God opposes the proud. Therefore don't seek leadership too soon. Leadership positions are best received not taken
