Nearly all churches across the world that are growing and that are helping their people experience abundant life guide their people through four levels of growth.
First, they evangelise people and help them become truly enlightened to God's truth as revealed in Jesus Christ.
Second, they establish them in the foundational principles and practices of Christian living. These foundational principles and practices can be separated into three basic areas of growth.
Third, they help equip people for effective Christian living by helping them discover their gifts and talents, and training them in those areas.
Fourth, they empower their people to be leaders in the area of their gifts and abilities. They equip them and set them free to serve others.
As we work through these four levels, or six steps, we gradually become all that God wants us to be! That's great!
