Admission Process:
Admissions to class 3 to 9 are based upon satisfactory performance of a simple Assessment Test. This 1-hour test does not require any prior preparation by the child. Admissions to class 10 and 11 are based upon successful performance in the Entrance Test at respective levels in English, Math and Science. Each of these papers will be for one hour. Prior preparation is advised.
| The school opens with classes 3 to 11 in June 2004, and offers IGCSE courses. Classes up to 12 will be added in subsequent years.

• The Caution Deposit is interest free and refundable when the child leaves the school or is withdrawn from the school, after adjusting the dues, if any.
• The School Fee includes the cost of tuition, living, extra-curricular activities, all curriculum related books & notebooks, sports, non-personal sports gear, basic medical care, city travel, short educational trips, treks, picnics and recreation.
• All external examination fees will be charged additionally according to the format set by school management and the actual expenses incurred.
• NRI Parents are required to adhere to the laws of Foreign Exchange prevailing in India while making these payments.
• The uniforms, regular wear and accessories will be procured by the school for the child and will be billed to the parents separately.
• All bed linen will be provided by the school at no extra charge.
• The cost of Travel that the school may incur on behalf of the child while travelling home shall be billed separately at actuals.
• Personal consumables indented by the child like toiletries, tuck, basic stationery (pens, pencils etc) shall be billed separately at actuals.
• Payments must be made by cheques or demand drafts in favour of "Idhayam Rajendran Residential School" payable at Madurai only. contact the school Office for our bank details.
• The remittance of the school fee in time is the responsibility of the parent or guardian as per the due dates mentioned above. Although not obligatory, the school may send a reminder to the parents reminding them about the due date. Non-receipt of the reminder cannot be cited as a reason for any delay in remitting the fee.
• Delayed payments will attract penal charges.
