TOPIC:  THE KINGDOM OF GOD

In this study about the Kingdom of God, we will mainly look at the time of the Utopia, i.e., the thousand year Reign of King Jesus; it is the first phase of The Kingdom of God and it is summarized in Revelation 20:2-6.
But before we look into what the Bible says about that particular phase of the Kingdom, we should look at the very last phase of the Kingdom:  the Arrival of your Father (for questions about your Father see God Is Our Father).

In Revelation 21:1-7 God summarized it all with His own Mouth.  Note verse 1:  through John, the last living Disciple, God the Father REVEALS (because that's what Revelation means) His Arrival.  John was in the Spirit & God Showed him a Vision of a new Heaven: "...for the first heaven and the first earth were PASSED AWAY..."  They no longer existed.  Verse 2 :  "I...saw the Holy City...coming down FROM GOD (emphasis mine on what I consider key points) OUT OF HEAVEN...," verse 3 : "...behold, the tabernacle (home) of God is with men and HE WILL DWELL WITH THEM..."

Verse 4 "And God shall wipe away all tears...and there shall be no more death...for the FORMER THINGS ARE PASSED AWAY."  Verses 10 through 27 detail the Characteristics of the Great City FROM Heaven.  The Word of God is clear; when shall that time be?  That time will be when the new Heaven comes, and only then (see verse 2 ).  In previous chapters, the Book of Revelation REVEALS all that will happen leading up to that Ultimate Arrival, and those who believe, do so because they have been revealed to, because that's what Revelation means.
