| The Iowa City Youth Hockey Association is proudly hosted by the Coral Ridge Ice Arena, located in the Coral Ridge Mall in Coralville, Iowa. Together we offer beginner skaters a chance to learn hockey and a house league for recreational play. We also support the IC Blizzard travel teams for Squirt, Peewee and Bantam players looking for a more competitive program. | PLAYERS OF THE WEEK 2/4/08-2/11/08 |
| Chase and Joey both earned "Player of the Week this week according to peewee coach Jeff. In the tournament in Viroqua, Chase and Joey both scored hat tricks in the first game of the tournament, which was the teams first win of the season. They were awarded "Hat Trick Patches" at the end of the tournament. Coach Jeff adds "They both played well the whole tournament, playing both offense and defense in all 3 games." Joey scored 3 goals during the Lacrossse game. Chase scored 4 goals in the Lacrosse game and 1 goal in the Rochester game. Great teamwork Chase and Joey! |
