Welcome

As I have mentioned in the about the name page, i gave the name | Frozen in Time | to my November layout because the thought of temporal stasis after having a whole year fly past me. I've longed so much for the calm stillness of time, where there is no rush, no hurries, no stress. From there, i tried to illustrate a momentary lapse of of time coming to a halt. I wanted something that looked icy and glossy, but still calm and peaceful. Although using blue would definitely represent | Frozen in Time | better; i decided to use several colours in a gradient to illustrate the many wonderful - or rather, colourful - things about life that i tend to miss while letting time pass by so quickly and not stopping to smell the carnations, or that other flower. I featured one of my drawings in the ofrm of a CGart simpy because i've been scanning several of my drawings and i really wanted to feature another one on my site.

About the Layout

As i have mentioned in the about the name page, i gave the name //Daybreak// to my version 4 layout because the drawing that i put on the layout was finished and scanned around that time.
Since i drew the CGart while waiting for sunrise, i wanted my layout to have something to do with dawn. So, i wanted to illustrate the blue morning sky with the usage of turquoise and light shades of blue; as well as the glimmer of aurora on the horizon, shining on the ocean surface with white glows upon the light shades of blue. The use of white also represents the white clouds in the sky. I wanted to illustrate the wavy ocean surface on the horizon, so i blurred most of the background of the main image. I also did that because i wanted something that looks calm, peaceful, and not too prominent.
<!-- text below generated by server.
