FRANCOIS ATANOZA LUCERO is the eldest son of Mr. Francisco Macaldo Lucero and Ms. Belinda Abarnas Atanoza. He was born on December 5, 1982 in Benit, Malitbog, Southern Leyte, Philippines. There 3 siblings in his family. He together with Immaculada and Francis Leo. He has two step brothers namely Michael Leiz Atanoza and jacko Ciriaco Verburg.

He took his elementary education in San Jose Elementary School in San Jose, Malitbog, Southern Leyte; secondary education in Santo Ni�o Academy in Malitbog, Southern Leyte; and tertiary education in University of the East in Caloocan City taking up Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

He first joined the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in 2002 at the St. Francis of Assisi and Sta.Quiteria Parish in Sta. Quiteria, Caloocan City. After six months, he transferred to the Immaculate Conception Parish and joined the ICP Catholic Charismatic Community. Then, he began forming a group that regualarly sings during the 5:30 P.M. mass every Sunday and named the group as the ICP Charismatic Chorale, which also a member of the ICP Catholic Charismatic Community MUSIC MINISTRY. He was elected as the Auditor of the Immaculate Conception Parish Music Ministry and presently serving his term. In the community, he was appointed as the Public Relation Officer of the ICP CCC Core group and represents the Youth Ministry of the community during the "core" meetings. At present, he is the assistant musical director of the ICP-CCC Music Ministry.

He is popularly called "FRANCO" though his name rooted from France.
