A: Yes, all IceWare System computers come with a 1 year Limited Warranty on all hardware, and a 90 day Limited Warranty on all software. View our Warranty Page for more details. Q:When will I recieve my IceWare System? A: A computer purchased from IceWare Systems will be shipped to the customer in 2-5 days. Shipping times vary because of variables such as testing the systems, and part availability. Shipping is carried out by Purolator (1 Day). Q:Where do you ship to? A:IceWare Systems currently only ships in the Province of Ontario. IceWare Systems can ship to the U.S, and other Provinces of Canada by special request. The normal shipping rate and time may not apply. Please contact us for a special request. Q:Do I pay before or after I place an order with IceWare Systems? A:All payments will be made before you recieve your IceWare System through our online check-out. Q: Do you sell used computers, or computer parts? A: No, all the computers and computer parts we sell are 100% gauranteed brand new parts from our suppliers. Q: Can I request a custom IceWare System configuration? A: No, but we are looking into setting up a system for custom orders in the near future. Q:How come your system prices fluctuate? A: IceWare Systems prices fluctuate because IceWare Systems follow market trends. So, if the cost of a certain part goes down, the price of the system using that specific part will decrease aswell. Same rule applies if the price of a certain part rises. Q: How come I am able to get a similarly configured system for a lower price than what IceWare Systems is offering? A: Our prices may be higher than some competitiors, but this is not without good reason. Our prices may be higher because at IceWare Systems we strenuosly test each system before it leaves our doors to ensure the highest quality possible. Each system is tweaked for the best performance, and silence possible.
