IBUS 3101 GROUP ASSIGNMENT (Option 1)
Compare and contrast the international strategies of two firms operating in the same industry. You must explain how and why the strategies differ, and the implications of both external (e.g. industry characteristics such as rivalry and KSFs, technological trends) and internal (e.g. capabilities, resources, current strategies) factors for current and future competitive advantage. At least one of the firms must have operations in Australia. There is no requirement that students contact the companies being studied.
