About us?
IBUKA-Mémoire et Justiceis a non-profit organisation created in August 1994,
grouping together the survivors of the genocide committed against Tutsi in Rwanda in 1994,
the close relations of the victims as well as all the persons worried about the memory
victims and fate of the survivors of this genocide. To strengthen its activities
social at the local level, IBUKA-M*J created sections in Louvain-la-Neuve, in Liège, in Brussels and to Namur while contributing to the birth of the other Ibuka in the other countries.
Our objectives
1. Immortalize the memory of the victims of the genocide committed against Tutsi in Rwanda.
2. Honor the memory of all the persons murdered to have opposed to this genocide.
3. Assist and defend the survivors of this genocide.
4. Support any initiative aiming at finding and at judging the responsibles for this genocide.
5. Fight constantly against the opening to the police, the negationism and the revisionism of this genocide.
