Created in 2428 AO, it took years to finish. It started at 30 decks thick and grew to 130 decks thick, covering the entire planet of New Delta. The hull was massive, and was created without the help of instant synthesizing machines.
It was essentially a shell around the planet New Delta. Operated by several Admirals under Fleet Admiral Grey. Weapons, communication devices, hangar bays, construction yards, and 6 Dimensional Cannons covered the hull. Even during construction it was involved with several attacks.
Its armaments include six Dimensional Cannons, less powerful than the Deltan primary Dimensional Cannon. It was upgraded with many Neutron Cannons, as well as the compliments of Kinetic Weaponry.
The Hull was completed first, then the systems, weapons, crew, et cetera were added. It became the greatest stronghold within the galaxy, even greater than the Federation Mothership. With its finish, it was able to destroy countless enemies, and defend New Delta to the extent of few war casualties on the planet.
Even toward the end of the galaxy, it was able to withstand the greatest of threats. The wreckage, which happened several times after attacks, still stood in pieces the size of continents.
