New Delta

New Delta is one of seven planets in the system, and the only one to carry the name. As the Deltans continued expansion, they saw the need for a planetary base for resupply through the New Deltan-Levana wormhole. The original colony fort-cities still stand as the center of the Deltan's military operations in this sector.

Later on, New delta's growth showed the ability to house a small naval squadron, but could take off military pressure from Ankah and Delta Secundus. The growth of the entire system was elevated to greater heights by the Deltan Battledome. The planetary defense space platforms were destroyed and construction of an entire shell began. This made New Delta the most heavily defended planet the galaxy has ever known.
