Standard F1F2 is an application designed for the pharmaceutical industry. The application enables the calculation of the dissolution comparison profiles, F1 and F2 and also enables operations to do many other operations based on these calculations. The comparison calculations are made between a reference drug product and the tested drug product. This test stands as measurement of quality, of the tested drug product, relative to the reference drug product. The calculation is based on the dissolution value of the reference drug product (Rt) and the tested drug product (Tt), based on an �n� amount of time points.
F1 is a difference factor to compare dissolution profiles. F1 calculates the percent (%) difference between two curves at each time point and is measurement of relative error between two curves.
F2 is a similarity factor to compare dissolution profiles. F2 calculates the similarity percent (%) dissolution, between the two curves.
The �Standard F1 � F2� is an application which, easily enables the user to calculate these values, create reports from these calculations, save the calculation, etc.
