"I dont think iv'e ever been so exited!" shouted Rosie over Poppy's
Green day CD blaring. Rosie was jumping up and down on Poppy's bed with exitement and Hannah went up to join her. Rosie was waring a devil costume and Hannah was wareing a white fairy costume.
Poppy was nealing in front of her mirror putting white powder on where-ever her skin showed to make her look ghostly pale and she put black powder around her eyes and on her lips. (she was obviusly dressed up as a dead person)
She glansed over to the Ouija board which was leaning silently against the wall in her backpack.
"Are you two ok about the Ouija board?" Poppy said haveing second thoughts.
"Yeeaah" said Hannah with a large grin across her face. "Anyway Dan will be there to protect me!"
"What about you Rosie? are you ok with this?"
"It'll be ok, anyway who said that there was actuall profe that ghosts exested anyway." Laughes Rosie stealing Poppy's words.
Poppy then scooped her purple hair up in a messy bun then put some fake blood on her powderd shoulder to make it look like she had been shot, and put some down her long black dress.
"Ready to go girls?" shouted Poppy's mum from downstairs.
"Yeah!" they all shouted back down and ran down the stairs, Poppy put the backpack on her shoulders, the Ouija was surprizing light.
As Poppy's mum drove the 3 girls up to the school, Poppy glanced out the car window. She had never done a Ouija board before, and all those kind of things fasinated her but scared her. She was mostly scared of what she might contact, what happends if its a devil, or a lost child that will haunt the school forever more. Hannah and Rosie were chatting to themselfs about their dates and what might happen, they were so exited.
"Im sorry we could'nt get you a date Poppy" said Rosie looking conserned at Poppy who was staring up at the stary sky.
"Its ok, i dont need a boy to enjoy myself at a party"
She was more nervous about the Ouija board than a date.
The car stopped out-side the school gates where Jamie, Dan, Synth and her date Ty were waiting. the three of them hopped out the car and walked up to the others.
"You look cool you three" Said Ty. "Thanx" they all replyed
Ty was whereing white trousers, white suite, white shoes, he even had a white wig on and even white contact lenses in.
Dan and Jamie had men in black costumes on with dark shades on. Surprizingle Dan was'nt wharing a hat and his dark brown hair was spiked up in tidy spikes and Jamies hair was combed back neatly. Synth was waring a tatered old wedding dress with white gloves and a dark red red rose rested in her hand.
"Have a good time kids!" Poppys mum shouted as she started up the car engin then drove out into the dark cold night.
They all walked up the path into the school and handed in their tickets in as normal then they walked in and saw everywhere was planted with halloween decorations, it was fantastic! even huge spiders-webs made out of cotton hung from the celing.
"Synth when are we going to do the Ouija board?" Dan asked with exitement in his voice.
"Dunno, whenever, I think we should have a bit of fun first" She said pointing to the dark school hall where everyone was dancing and having fun.
When the seven of them entered the hall, it was really dark and you could hardly see anything exsept for the bright colourful lights boucing off the walls and celeing.
They all looked up and saw a huge net suspended from one end of the hall to the other across the cieling. there was little glow in the dark spiders in it and glow in the dark skeletons, to make it look extra creepy.
Rosie looked up at Jamie's neat hair then she ran her fingers through and messed it all up then took off his dark sun glasses.
"Much better" Rosie said smileing, then Jamie took her hand and smiled. Just then a slow dance came on and the 3 couples started dancing together. Poppy put her backpack down by the bench then she looked around and her heart sank, it looked like everyone had someone to dance with. Tears filled up in her eyes then she mumbled to Rosie "Im just gonna go grab some refreshments" then she ran out of the hall and into the girls toilets to wipe away the tears running down her cheeks.
