_An endless journey in the forest
(The day after...)
Derek: *wakes up and looks at her*...
Elation: *still sleeping and mumbles in her sleep, "im..sorry Kain.."
Derek: *sighs and kisses her forehead then discreetly gets out of the sleeping bag and gets dressed*...
Elation: ..*finally awakens then opens her eyes*
Derek: *walks over to the tunnel not knowing she's up*
Elation: ..*sees him* ya..good morning to u too x_X
Derek: x_x.. *turns round and looks at her*..sorry.. i thought u were still sleeping... x_x.. ya.. g'morning...
Elation: heh..*smiles slightly* so..where are ya goin?
Derek: uh.. actually.. i dunno x_x;;;
Derek: i guess i just wanted to let u sleep..
Derek: *looks down*...
Elation: oh..well uh i guess im up now
Elation: ..hey...whats wrong?
Derek: nothing..
Derek: it dun seem to be very cold today.. maybe i shud go get some more wood..
Derek: *grabs a soda from one of the bags and sips it*
Elation: yeah, ok go ahead
Derek: *sighs and grabs 2 bags then walks back over to the tunnel* i cant tell when i'll be back.. so try to save the few wood remaining till im back..
Derek: wait.. nvm what i said
Derek: just do w/e u wanna
Derek: *walks in the tunnel*
Elation: ..uh..
Elation: ..*thinks: "what is wrong with him?.."*
Derek: *walks toward the entrance and sits there for a moment*....
Elation: *sighs and stands up and then puts back on her clothes*..he's probably acting this way cuz of me..x_x did i do something wrong?
Derek: *slips thru the crack and walks towards the forest* i hope the bear's not there x_x..
Derek: *looks at the sky*... weird... it sorta looks... clearer today.. o_O
Derek: *reaches the forest after a while*...
Derek: *picks some wood and fills the bags*
Elation: *sighs and lays back down* ..it must've been something i did..i just dunno what x_X
Derek: *walks back to the cave and hears someone talking as he's close to it* gah X_x.. like i can hide nowhere on that river... *looks around to try to see who was talking*
Derek: if i go to the cave they might see me then locate her too.. *walks back towards the forest*.. x_x..
Elation: *sighs and puts another log on the fire waiting for him to come back*
Men: *see him and run after him*
Derek: AH! @_@.. *runs in the forest and hides there*
Man1: lets split, its gonna be easier to find that loser
Man2: ya
Man3: i'll go to the east
Man2: i'll take the north
Man1: i'll take the south and u *looks at man4* u know where you're going o_O
Man4: yes
Men: *all head towards the direction they're assigned to*
Derek: *is hidden in some kinda lil cave*.. i hope its not the bear's house o_o;;
Derek: *sees man2 as he passes in front of him* x.x...
Man2: hum... footprints
Derek: @_@;;;
Derek: *gets out of the cave and pounces on man2 as he walks too close* >< leave me the hell alone u bastard *punches him hard in the face*
Man2: x_X;;; *tries to push him off and yells* HE'S HERE!!!
Derek: shh @_@;; *puts his hand on his mouth*
Man2: *bites it* ><!!
Derek: OWW! ><!!! *slams his fist hard again in his face* god dammit ><!!!
Man2: argh x_x;; *lets go of his hand*
Derek: *kicks him hard in the stomach then in the face and escapes* ><!!
Man2: x_X... *stays there not moving* gah...
Derek: seems like i didn't lose it.. i still can batter o-o;;; *runs to a random direction hoping not to encounter the other men*
Derek: *stops after a moment.. panting* where the hell am i now?.. x_x *sits on a big tree that has fallen on the ground*
Derek: *takes a breath*..ok im like totally lost x_x;;
Elation: ..Derek..where the HELL are u?..it takes that long to get wood? -_-
Derek: *sighs and thinks: "sorry El.. u prolly dun care but i wont be back for a while..i hope u wont be out of wood before i find my way back..."*
Elation: im probably exagerating..maybe it does take that long..who knows
Derek: *looks around*...maybe it's in this direction *stands up and walks in some direction w/o really knowing where he's going*
Derek: *walks for hours w/o seeing the river* x_x..
Elation: ..maybe he got caught..x_x..well if that's what happened..i guess im on my own now.. *throws another log on the fire*
Derek: *collapses on his knees on the ground* i cant walk... anymore... but i cant stay here.. wherever i am..
Derek: *puts the bags of wood on the ground and sits on them*
Elation: ..well if he did get caught there's nothing i can do about it..i dun have ANY magic x_X
Derek: um.. i fear i'll have to spend the night here X_x... if it's the night, that is *starts gathering big branches and builds some kinda shelter* x_x
Derek: *shakes from the cold and checks in his pocket then pulls out a lighter* a fire.. x_x.. i gotta light one..
Derek: *places some lil branches to form a mound and lights it*...
Derek: ..so cold... X_x;; *shivers more*
Derek: *sits closer to the fire*... i hope she's fine..
Elation: ...*sighs* ..i guess i have to still have to believe he didn't get caught..and he'll come back
Derek: *throws some more wood in the fire and falls asleep by it*...
Elation: ..c'mon ...get BACK here ><
Elation: ..*sees the fire starting to die and throws some more wood on it*
Derek: *wakes up a few hours later*...i...i s-slept enuff *shudders hard* x_x..
Derek: *picks up the bags of wood and starts walking in another direction*...
Elation: *still not sleeping and waiting* ..what am i doing?..i shud be..trying to sleep..so tired x_x, but he's still not back..
Derek: *stops walking after many hours* ...im so hungry...ugh.. x_X;; *sits down on one of the bags*...
Derek: *eats some snow* x_x.. oh great! i feel so much better -_- well..at least i wont die thirsty
Derek: ><!! god damnit and now its snowing
Derek: damn! *looks around as he hears the noise of a branch cracking*
(The 4 men arrive and walk over to him)
Man2: *glares at Derek* u moder ><
Derek: *stands up*...
Derek: *walks backwards and trips on a big root and falls over* x_x.. *quickly stands up and starts running away but feels too weak and collapses on the ground* gah..x_X;;;
Men: *surround him*
Man2: my turn to play now *grins*
Elation: ..he's..probably ok..*lays down again and closes her eyes* but anyway..i guess..he'll be back..soon
Derek: x_x;; *throws a branch at man2 as he's coming closer*
Man2: *kicks him twice hard in the face* now u know how it feels ><!!! *kicks him again*
Derek: *tries to block it but fails* argh... X_x..
Other men: *laugh*
Derek: *tries to stand up holding on a tree but get kicked again and falls back in the snow* >< *glares*
Man2: i ain't done with ya *grabs him by the collar of his coat and shoves him against a tree then punches him repeatedly in the face and the stomach* take this, prick! ><!!
Derek: *tries to kick and punch him but fails* argh... X_x;;;
Man2: aw u cant fight? o.O too bad for you *slams his elbow in his face*
Derek: GAH x_X;; *manages to punch him and gets free of man2's grip but falls back down on his knees, too exhausted to run or even walk*
Man2: *walks back to him and shoves his knee hard in his face making his nose bleed* ><!!!
Derek: OW x_X.. *crawls away from him but gets kicked again in the face by man1 this time* argh.. freaking wusses x_X...
Man3: i wanna play too *slams his heel on Derek's back*
Derek: ARRGHH!!!.. x_X *tries to crawl away again but cant*
Men: *keep on battering him then bring him to a little cabin in the middle of the forest where one of the men ties him up*
Man2: *whacks Derek's head with a plank then leaves the cabin and catches up with the other men that are already far away from there* >< u can die u asshole
Derek: x_X.. *sees everything as a blur and closes his eyes and faints*....
Elation: ..*sighs*...he ain't coming back..just face it ><..
Elation: ..he wont come back..he's probably mad at me for something i dunno what i did x_x who knows..
Elation: ..well he can be that way...i dun care..*puts even more wood on the fire and closes her eyes again then falls asleep*
Derek: *wakes up after a certain time* uhm.. argh.. my head.. X_x;; *realizes he's tied up* what the?.. *opens his eyes* o_O... where the hell am i?.. *struggles to get free but fails*
Derek: ..i remember now.. x_x.. *struggles some more*... I gotta... gah.. *pulls on his arms harder to bust the ropes but cant* GRRR ><!!!
Derek: ...im too weak.. x_X... just a freaking weakling...
Men: *come back in the cabin*
Man1: aww *throws a dead rat at Derek's feet* u must be hungry XD
Derek: -_-
Man2: dun glare at us! *clenches his fist*
Man1: stop it o_O you're gonna kill that wimp and the master needs more slaves
Man3: ya o_O *looks at Derek* we're chasing another moron who thinks he can escape us and as soon as we get him we're gonna bring u both with the other slaves
Man2: so enjoy your last moment of freedom *kicks him in the face* ><
Man1: dude stop it ><
Derek: x_X;;;
Man2: sorry it was too tempting *glares at Derek and walks out*
Other men: *walk out too*
Derek: *looks at the rat laying on the ground in front of him* nasty.. but im starving.. x_X..
Derek: *grabs it with his feet and drags it closer to him* x_X.. eww.. naw!! i cant eat that!!...
Derek: *realizes he no longer has the bags of wood with him* X_x... damn.. this is just my luck..
Derek: ..i shud just let myself die here.. it'd be so much easier...
Derek: *sighs* ..El.. *closes his eyes and falls asleep*...
Elation: *wakes up again hours later* ..Derek?..x_X...*sighs* still not here..whatever...just whatever x_x..he shud've been back by now..
Derek: *wakes up too after a couple of hours of sleep*... when will that nightmare end?.. it must be over 2 days since i left the cave now... she must be pissed off at me.. i better no go back there if i only manage to get free and find my way back there...
Elation: ...UGH..*watches the fire die slowly* ...no more wood..><!! it'd be best just to die now..
Derek: ...its hopeless... *sighs and leans his back on the wall then closes his eyes*...either i'll die here..or i'll become a slave... i prefer dying...
Derek: ...the lighter... *manages to pulls it out of his pocket and burns the rope with it* ..free at last..
Derek: *sees an axe and takes it* might be handy
Derek: *hears the noise of someone coming closer and hides behind the door* X_x;;;
Man2: *comes in* im back and alone u f*cker and i'll kill you this time ><
Man2: huh? o_O... where is he?
Derek: *slams the axe in man2's back* right here! ><
Man2: arrrrrghhhhh!! *falls over to the ground trying to pull it out*
Derek: *pulls it out then chops his head off* ><!!! *takes the packsack from man2's back and walks out*
Derek: lets see what it contains *checks in the bag and finds food* _
Elation: ..Derek..what happened to u?.. *sighs*
Elation: ..he surely got caught..
Derek: *eats all he can while searching his way thru the forest*
Elation: ..he did
Derek: *thinks: "i can always use this bag to gather some more wood.. its better than nothing.."*
Derek: *walks thru the forest during a whole day then finally reaches the river.. totally exhausted* ...god ...dammit... at last.. x_x;;
Derek: *tries not to think of the pain running thru all the parts of his body and starts to walk on the ice praying for it not to break*
Elation: ..*sighs* for all i know he's probably dead
Derek: she must be totally frozen..i gotta hurry *tries to walk faster but trips on his own feet and falls over*.. X_x.. gah..
Derek: *stands up and continues on walking and finally reaches the frozen waterfall*
Elation: *grabs the sleeping bag and pulls it closer to her* ..gonna die freezing x_X..i shud actually get outta here and look for wood.. x_X
Derek: *slips thru the crack and then slowly walks over to the room* ..i'll just give her the wood.. and leave.. i dun wanna bother her... she must be bloody angry at me..
Elation: *hears somebody walking towards the room and prays to god its Derek* x_x..
Derek: *enters in the room and drops the bag of wood on the ground*...there.. *turns away and walks back in the tunnel*...
Elation: DEREK..WAIT
Derek: *dun stop*...
Elation: *stands up and runs to him then throws her arms around him* Derek..ur okay?..x_x
Derek: *dun say anything*...
Elation: i was really worried about u, y'know? x_X
Derek: ...*looks away* i was worried about u too... sorry for taking that long *gets free from her arms and walks back in the tunnel* i'll bring u more wood and some food as soon as possible..take care..
Elation: oh no! ..*grabs onto him*
Elation: u ain't goin anywhere x_x
Derek: ..let go of me.. please... *looks at her hand holding onto him*
Elation: ..whats wrong with u?..
Elation: *takes her hand away from his*..
Derek: thanks... u shud light a fire..ur hand is cold... *walks away thru the tunnel*...bye

Elation: *kicks a rock hard making it land into the spring*
