Haven't played that much since last update, but I've been concentrating on attack ship agent hoping to beat my crappy 2:18... Luck however has been terrible - I had a 2:18 with a 27 second ending which is about the worst that it is possible to get, and I've had some average times including pr's, but none with better than a 24 second ending, where I had an insane 20 on my sa to make my run up to 2:46 after the worst middle ever. Anyway, I'll keep trying for lower, as I've had 1:50 elvis at the end which could (obviously) give the wr with a 20 sec ending.

Finally - geocities starts working again, so I can update my new time... I played p2 pa over the weekend and got a crappy pa completion, then I played some more and got a slightly better time, which, I believe actually gets me the leaderboard, despite this being one of my worst levels!

Well played airbase a while today, and got a crappy 1st completion on pa where I need to get the strat right, and then played sa til I (finally) got 1:50 (after 6 or so 1:51's, including a 1:50.95). However my run was not at all amazing (I've had better starts and better tt's) yet I still ended with 1:50.21... If I could get a good start and get a 1:20's lift shut then 1:49 should be quite cake. Maybe I'll go for that sometime, maybe not.

Having done investigation yesterday, I had moved on to airbase in an attempt to get the pal wr done here once and for all. I got the record, but I am seriously considering going for 1:17 at some point, as with my best tt for the bottom lift (mid-late 1:05) and my best finish (around 12.0-12.2 or so I think) I should have a chance, plus I know 11 sec finishes are possible and so there's room for improvement there. Anyway:

Escape is getting annoying - guards seem to mess pa up loads, and after getting 3:38 on sa, I then got it again off another 1:54 jon, with another stupid mistake on the ending. 3:37 would've been nice, but 86 points will do for the moment. On pa I just played til I got a pr completion (although it's over 70 points) - I was going to go for a good time and the leaderboard, but that can wait as I just don't get as many completions as sa.

Yeah! Finally some hard work pays off and I achieve my target on p2 agent. The run was ok, but I could probably have got 54 with less stuckage, and I reckon I'd have a chance at 53 if I timed the door to be opened by the guard.

Yay - another day, another pal wr... This time it's rescue agent, with a phil-beating 1:32 to tie carnski's record there. Didn't take long, and I could theoretically probably get a second or 2 better, but this is 90+ points, which is satisfying on a pal-disadvantaged level. Better still, later in the day I messed around a bit on mbr and got an ok-ish pr, but then I decided to have a go at defection agent for a couple of hours, and I managed to get the wr, and one of the biggest point gains per second I've ever had - 38 points for 1 sec :p. Another consequence of today's agent time cuts (of 8 secs) is that I have achieved my goal of breaking the 26:00 barrier!!!1!!11! Time to think of a new target ;)

Enforced break due to university interview, but I'm back with a vengeance with a sweet pal wr - 0:53 extraction. However, my decimal was .53 and I had over 17 seconds when objective 1 faded, so 52 is certainly possible for pal, but there is no real points-incentive to go for it, and this is already the tied pal record. Also took my airbase agent time even lower, and I'm probably going to leave that level for pretty much ages now.

Ok... I've been playing ruins on all difficulties trying for 1:12/1:31/1:49 or lower recently. I've got the jump to work on sa/pa with no boost, but the level is just so gay - you wait 30 minutes for a good pillar combination and then either miss the jump, get toasted by a skedar who happens to be able to manipulate whether a door gets stuck or not, or press b to drop the falcon about 10 times without it working (literally). As a result, my pr's are shit - both of them are my only completion representing an investment of about 10 hours probably (well, maybe 5 is closer actually, seeing as most of that was agent), and all I get is an ok time cut, where I should have cut twice as much. I failed 1:30 on sa legitimately, and 1:46 on 00a, although the 00a run had several mess-ups and should've been better. I'll come back to this in the future, but I'm seriously pissed off with this gay level.

After success on chicago sa yesterday, I played some pa today and achieved a respectable time, and then went to play skedar where I also got my long term target, so all in all a good day, but I'll probably go for the big points on chicago, seeing as 30 on pa would pretty much guarantee me a leaderboard for a long time...

Well some average pr's today, finally got the extraction 55 after finding out I was making a mistake early in the level, and got a mediocre time on ci pa, but I need to find out where to skip speech etc to cut that down another 10 secs or so... Then I got a bit bored after messing up for a second time at the end of a ci a 55 run, and went to duel sa, and after only 15 minutes, the 6 I've never been able to get finally popped up, nailing both guys in the head :)

Worth lots of points, although since my last post/pr my 16 chicago has ceased to be a wr - the incredible 15 has been achieved by 2 people!

Two of my worst times went down today (airbase) and both are now worth over 40 points which will get me back on track. The airbase agent time should have been 1:26, with repeated failed runs, and a 1:27 from a 58 lift!

I rule!! Deep Sea pa 4:00 esactly, but that is enough to get into the 4 min pa club - a bit lucky, and a bit unlucky considering my decimal was .06, but I'll take it because I am about the 9th person ever to make this club!!! Oh well, I dunno what to do now. My total time is still miles away from the 2 hour club (almost 10 minutes) and so I may play some agent missions again to try to get that under 28:00 and sa under 41:00

Yeah! An amazing day today, with 3 escape times owning, and also a hugely sub 4 sos pa time - 3:01, so only escape, deep sea and attack ship left... unfortunately, deep sea is a biatch, and attack ship sub 4 is ridiculously hard - only 1 pal player has it. Oh well, at least escape will be simple now that I have 4:04 on a flawed run :)

Yet another pa time under 4 min, investigation pa 3:56 leaving only 4: Escape, Attack Ship, Deep Sea and SOS, of which I know I can do 2... :) I also got a few others, including bettering my 2 worst times (points-wise), villa a (1:25) and defection sa (0:51). I finished the news archive to store previous items, including links to my crashsite and pal deep sea strats. The three most recent items will remain on the main page.

I just got back from holiday or "vacation". I seem to have dropped by a couple of hundred points, and some of my times suck worse than ever. I got 1:38 mbr agent, which I deserved, because I have had loads of really good runs where cass went wrong, and this one I lost at least 5 seconds. I am going to make some sort of archive for these "wonderful" updates because there are simply too many of them. I am going for 1:00:00 pa still, now under 1:03:00 but I am also playing particular levels - mbr, escape, war and maybe one more, as well as all my 4 min + times. Overall time almost under 2:14:00

Having broken 43 minutes special agent a few days ago, I have started playing perfect agent again with some results. My overall time is under 2:17:00 and perfect agent time is almost under 1:05:00. It will go down to under 1:00:00 very soon, I hope. I will try to play perfect agent levels to get times under 4 minutes on each, except attack ship and escape. I also added a PAL Deep Sea glitch explanation because so many people ask how to do it these days.

Yes! I broke 29 minutes agent with a stunning 2:51 on deep sea agent. This was very good, and I had quite a good Elvis, just my strafing sucks. I also passed 44 minutes special agent, although 43 is a long way off

After a 2 week break playing GE, I have returned to PD. My targets now are 29:00 agent, 43:00 special agent and 1:00:00 perfect agent. This would make my total around 2:10:00 or under, close to that elusive 2 hour mark...

Woot!!!!!!11111!!!!! I got into 5 minute club because all times are now under 5 minutes. This came with a Maian PA 4:16 and Attack Ship PA: 4:57. My Perfect Agent time is also approaching (slowly) the 1:00:00 boundary
