If your order has been shipped using Royal Mail
untracked service, we would expect these orders to be
there within 1-3 working days. However, please allow 10 days
(not including Sundays, National and Bank Holidays) from dispatch
as some orders may take a little longer to deliver,

Unfortunately, in most circumstances, it's not possible to make
changes to your order once it has been placed.
If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse,
then you'll need to return the item following our Returns procedure.
