| Kacy's sister still didn't have many friends, for she acted better than them. �Kacy new better. |
| "Rose, I can help you, but you have to give up being a star," Kacy said. |
| "How do you know?" Rose asked. |
| "I did the same thing," Kacy said, smiling. |
| "Okay, why not?" Rose said. |
| "The first thing to do is dress in wacky clothes, but don't get dressed up too fancy," Kacy said. |
| By the end of the month, Rose had lots of friends too. �Kacy and Rose both felt proud, but only Kacy knew why. �When Rose asked who gave Kacy the advice, Kacy would answer, "a good friend, Rose, a good friend." |
