Notice and Declaration of Ninth Amendment Rights
Article IX, U.S. Constitution "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain
rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
I, Joseph A. T. Ojeda, Ph.D., hereby declare and retain the following God-given
rights, under the Ninth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of
America as follows:
1. The right to my personal convictions that healing is a spiritual gift based
on faith and conformance with Divinely appointed Natural Laws. These Natural
Laws includes, but are not limited to: an adequate supply of nutrients from
natural foods, including herbs; proper elimination of body waste and personal
cleanliness, both internally and externally; a proper balance of rest and activity; a
balance and harmonious emotional and spiritual life; faith and a positive mental
outlook; and a balanced structure.
2. The right to study and seek knowledge about these Natural Laws from all
reputable sources, including those whose views are different from those orthodox
and conventional medicine.
3. The right to teach and share my personal convictions, experiences and the
knowledge I acquired pertaining to these Natural Laws with others, providing I
make no false representation about my beliefs, education, training or experience.
4. The right to provide others with products or services I believe are in
harmony with these Natural Laws, Providing:
a. I shall make clear to others that these are my personal convictions, based
on my own study and experience and are not scientific facts;
b. I shall make no intentionally exaggerated, false or misleading claims for
the health products and services I provide.
c. I shall not claim to be able to "cure" disease, believing that only the
natural and God-given recuperative powers of the body can effect a genuine
"cure";
d. All persons shall be advised in an Inform Consent Statement to seek the
services of licensed physicians for any potentially serious or life-threatening
illness;
e. I shall not use or recommend any products or services which I know to be
harmful.
5. The right to provide counsel, advice, education, information, products and
services which I feel by my own research and experience will benefit people's
health and receive financial remuneration for the same without being required to
obtain a license from any governmental authority. However, I will not offer
prescriptions, drugs, surgery and other medically-oriented products or services.
6. The right to use testimonials, personal experiences and written information
to educate others on the possible health benefits of any products or services I may
Provide. The health and well-being of others will be my only concern. All clients
will be given a copy of this Notice and Declaration of the Ninth Amendment Rights
at the time of their initial consultation.
7. All rights retained herein are declared retroactive to the date of my 18th
birthday.

The enumeration in this declaration, of these rights shall not be construed to
deny or disparage others retained by me, or my right to amend this declaration at
any time. These rights, which are asserted for reasonable and good cause, are
declared to be retained by the people under the Ninth Amendment to the United
States Constitution, all state and federal laws to the contrary notwithstanding. In
any litigation brought by any party objecting to rights declared herein, a
fully-informed jury, representing the people shall have the right to modify, nullify,
or expand upon the Ninth Amendment Rights claimed in this document.

Informed Consent Form
I or We, the Clients or Client hereby attest to the following:
1. I/We fully understand that Joseph A. T. Ojeda, Ph.D., is a natural lay
health TEACHER, who believes that health is a blessing earned by obeying the
Natural Laws which God ordained for that blessing before the foundation of the
world. I/We understand that Joseph A. T. Ojeda, Ph.D., offers these consultations
solely because he desires to share his KNOWLEDGE of these divinely-ordained
principles and practices so that others may be able to benefit from them as he has.
2. I fully understand that Joseph A. T. Ojeda is Not a licensed physician
and can not diagnose diseases, prescribe drugs or recommend treatment for
specific disease conditions.
3. I understand that Joseph A. T. Ojeda utilizes iridology, muscle response
testing, body typing, and constitutional analysis to help him determine where a
person's lifestyle and habits may be out of harmony with the laws of good health. I
further understand that these methods of evaluation only reveal a TENDENCY
towards strength or weakness of specific body systems, organs and cannot
determine specific diseases conditions or eliminate the need for diagnostic
services offered by licensed physicians.
4. I understand that Joseph A. T. Ojeda neither claims nor implies that any
instruction, advice, counsel, suggestions, recommendations, services or products
he or his representatives provide, whether in person or by mail or by telephone,
will cure, treat, prevent or mitigate any disease condition; but are provided solely
for the purpose of nourishing and strengthening the natural function of the
various body organs and systems so that they may have greater capacity to heal
themselves.
5. I certify that Joseph A. T. Ojeda or his representatives have not suggested
that I ease any medical care I may be currently undertaking. I understand that the
decisions I make regarding my health care and the healthcare of those under my
guardianship are my responsibility and certify that I will not hold Joseph A. T.
Ojeda or his representatives responsible for consequences of MY decisions. If I
have not already done so, I agree to consult with a medical doctor for any serious
or life-threatening disease condition, either for my self or for those under my
guardianship.
6. I understand that Joseph A. T. Ojeda recommends herbs because he
believes that herbs are ordained by the Creator to help remove the cause of
disease from the body. He believes that herbs are not drugs or medicines but
rather special FOODS, which a person can use (as part of a mild food diet) to
nourish the various body systems and programs so they will have a greater
capacity to heal themselves.
7. I understand that Joseph A. T. Ojeda believes that many diseases are
related to unresolved emotional conflicts. I understand that any counseling or
assistance he may offer in this is based on one or several of the following
modalities: Holistic Healing, Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic
Programming), Psycho-physiological Integration Therapy, Religious/Non-religious
Pastoral Psychotherapy and does not replace licensed psychiatric or medical care.
8. I have read and understand Joseph A. T. Ojeda's declaration of his Ninth
Amendment Rights as given. I understand that Joseph A. T. Ojeda, Ph.D., shares
his knowledge, products and service with others as part of God-given and
constitutional rights of freedom of speech and freedom of religious belief.
Understanding this, I request the advice and assistance of Joseph A. T. Ojeda in
helping me to learn what I can do to improve my physical and mental well being.
I request this information and any products or services that may attend it as
my right of FREEDOM OF CHOICE IN MEDICINE AND MENTAL CARE
retained by me under the Ninth Amendment to the U. S. Constitution, which
states: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be
construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
Notice is hereby given to any person or persons who, acting under color of
law, intentionally interferes with the free exercise of the rights retained by me
under the Ninth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, that they may be in
violation of my civil and constitutional rights, Title 42, U.S.C. 1983 et seq. And
Title 18 Section 241.
In accepting or sighing this declaration, I acknowledge receiving a copy of it
for my records along with a copy of Joseph A. T. Ojeda's Notice and Declaration
of Ninth Amendment Rights.
