Article 1: Archon Rights
A. All Archons are entitled to reasonably state their opinion at apropriate times. however, this is NOT permission to use profanity, or to slander any person or group. There are times that silence is required, such as in roll call and assemblies, you may not broadcast comments during these times unless given expressed permission.
B. All Archons are entilted reasonable rights to property. You may keep spoils from combat, but you may NOT scam, or otherwise trick others from their property. Scamming is grounds for expulsion from the clan, and possible banning by Runescape. No Archon, regardless of rank, may force another archon to surrender his/her possesions withought reason (reasons a higher officer MAY confiscate items include, but are not limited to, items gained from theft, and clan owned items, such as uniforms).
C. All Archons accused of breaking a rule of the clan have the right to a trial, they will be considered innoccent until proven guilty. both defendant and accuser have the right to call witnesses, and both parties have the right to cross-examine witnesses, within reason. Archons found guilty of violating a rule will recieve appropriate punishment, violators of Runescape rules face possible punishment from Runescape Staff.
Article 2: Rules and Regulations
A. Archons are required to attend clan meetings whenever possible, you are allowed to miss up to 3 consecutive meetings. Missing 4 meetings in a row (withought prior notice and consent), may face a trial with a maximum punishment of expulsion.
B. At certain times, Archons may be required to wear a uniform (under normal conditions this uniform will be provided). You will be notified when such a time arises, such as a meeting, or battle.
C. Archons are required to carry out all orders given, within reason, in a timely manner Archons who feel they have been given an unreasonable order may object, and report it to a higher ranking officer. No Archon may issue an order forbidden by these rules, and the rules of Runescape.
D. Archons are forbidden to attack other Archons. Punishable by expulsion, though accidental attacks may be forgiven, and you MAY engage in duels, provided that both parties consent, and that you are not carrying any clan property, as this could be lost during a duel.
E. Archons must treat all clan property appropriately, for example, you may NOT sell your uniform, or items given to you by the clan. however, if you die, and the items are dropped, you will be forgiven (particularly during clan battles), but your are still considered responsible for your equipment, and should attempt to recover it promply.
F. All members of the Army (meaning soldiers, archers, and wizards) MUST attend training session(s) before being initiated into the army. members who do NOT attend will NOT be eligible for promotion.
