Once known as Howard, Weil, Labouisse, Friedrichs, Inc., a regional investment banking firm located in New Orleans, Louisiana. The owners of HWLF sold the firm in 1987, the migration of employees began and HWLF Alumni was established. Some members of this group go back as far as the 1960's. HWLF at one time, employed close to 500 employees, and was notoriously known for their gathering and celebrations. Employees that worked very hard but played even harder! We have all learned about life after HWLF, and have managed to keep in contact and network with those friends and foes alike. We gather every year on the Thursday following Thanksgiving at Ernst Cafe on S. Peters Street, New Orleans. We invite any and all former HWLF employees to join us! |
