DNTV Live! Dual Hybrid PCI-Express S2

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can watch one channel while record another, or watch/record two channels at the same time all integrated in the same application and using only one PCI-e X1 slot. Possible simultaneous combinations are (D+D, D+A, A+A)+AV inputs, where A can be Analogue TV or FM Radio

To assist existing customers, and those new customers that prefer to use MCE or other application software, we are giving customers a choice with this product. It can be purchased with and without DNTV Live! Application software.

However you are strongly encouraged to buy it with the DNTV Live! software. Please note installation CD is provided for the purpose of installing the drivers/decoders only, the included application is not supported.

Customers opting to purchase this product with DNTV Live! will be able to download, register and use DNTV Live! with the above product. More information about the DNTV Live! software is here

The Dual Hybrid PCIe S2 card,  supports all Australian DVB-T formats including SDTV, 1080i HDTV (MP&HL) and AC3 Audio as well as Analogue TV.

* Note: It has been found that there may be issues when using this device under Vista x64 and 4GB or more of RAM, you are advised not to use such a combination. 2-3GB is more than enough for HTPC use.

** Note: DNTV Live! does not support Analogue TV or analogue video capture, you will need alternative Third Party applications for this functionality.

Please also note that DigitalNow does not support analogue TV and related issues. This product is sold as (and suitable for those looking for) a a Dual DVB-T card with with FM Radio. Customers who predominantly require analogue TV should consider an analogue TV card.

The Dual Hybrid PCIe S2 has BDA drivers and DVB-T works with WebScheduler, MCE, Vista MC and other BDA based applications.

Please note that some customers (less than 1%) have reported having issues with this card working correctly after resuming from standby power states. We can not verify or replicate this issue on our systems and therefore can not determine if we can resolve it.
