The officers consist of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Program Coordinator, Dance Coordinator, and Newsletter editor. Officers take office in January and serve through December.
6 Newsletters come out in these months: January/February; March/April; May/June; July/August; September/October; November/December.
Board meetings are to be held at 5:30 pm prior to the supper on dance nights at the restaurant of the month in these months: February, April, June, August, October, December.
Nominating Committee -
At the November meeting, current officers will ask persons to serve on the Executive Board. Term of office will be one year, January through December.
