The Grand Tour From Pheonix to Flagstaff, AZ

(Photo credit: some friend of a relative)
After seeing a couple of days in Phoenix, we started our journey.
Driving up to Flagstaff, we passed through Jerome and onto Tuzigoot National Monument. At this sight we explored the Sinagua ruin. In a way I felt we should not be there. Like it was haunted. but it was really interesting.

Sedona

After that, we visited one aunt living in Sedona. She wanted to finally meet my husband. We had a nice lunch together. While we were there, we checked out the local scenery with all the red rock formations

Flagstaff
We finally reached Flagstaff. While there, we met up with another cousin I did not see for ages plus we met his new wife. Flagstaff itself was well.....It was just a college/tourist kind of town. At least that is how I would describe it. But the location was ideal for exploring the attractions that were well within an hour's drive.
Among the places we visited was Lowell Observatory, and spent half a day to check out Sunset Crater National Park
