Things started slowly as Don Marco made his welcomes and introductions began. Some business was concluded before the meeting was interrupted by sniper fire, lightly injuring one guest. The meeting relocated to a more secure location while a barrage of mortar fire eliminated the sniper (and most of a city block as well).
Additional guests arrived and were greeted. There was some confusion as one guest claimed to be a member of the Family, but this did not hold up under scrutiny. After much interrogation (and some instances of physical restraint), it was discovered that the poor boy was a Ravnos who had been too close to the "gas main explosion" earlier that evening and had suffered a head wound. Theapy is proceeding well.
There was also a brief experiment dealing with an object which had been found just before the meeting. This resulted in one of the Family (a Putanesca) reverting to human form. He was successfully evacuated from the area without serious incident. Therapy is proceeding well.
