Eternity - The cosmic queen of the Elementals.
Cosmics - The only being who can truly live forever. Una and Uno, Elementals of Good and Evil, are cosmics but submissive to their mother, Eternity.
Dragonball/Chaos Emerald - These 14 control the physical elements. Each one has his/her own special power and are semi-immortal for 10,000 years. Una and Uno choose the succeeding 14 every ten millennia. A few thousand years ago, seven taught the Namekians on Nameksei how to create the dragonballs. The other seven taught the Echidnas of Planet Mobius how to create the seven chaos emeralds. Each of the 14 are directly connected to their respective object:
2 star = Fire
3 star = Air
4 star = Light
5 star = Darkness
6 star = Earth/Nature
7 star = Metals
Blue chaos emerald = Electricity
Aqua = Ice
Red = Life
Green = Death
White = Plants
Violet = Time
Orange = Animals
Advisors - Provide Elementals with various bits of information when necessary. Only Cosmics can choose who has earned such a high ranking wisdom, and bestow upon them the authority under DB/CE Elementals, but above kais.
Supreme Kai [Kaiou-Shin] - Lord of all the kais. Observes the events of the universe from his planet in the Celestial Heavens.
Master/Mistress Kai - Master and Mistress Kai have planets in the Celestial Heavens. Especially powerful warriors are given special privledges, as honored by the kais, with advice by Una and Uno. Those whom have saved the universe travel to Master Kai's planet and keep their bodies for special training. Those whom have come closest to destroying the universe also keep their bodies and report to Mistress Kai for training. The fighters on these planets can be called upon at any time by Uno, Una, or the other kais.
Galaxy Kais - Each kai controls the four quadrants of the universe.
King Yama [Enma-sama] - Gardian of the Underworld. Enma has volumes of records of all souls' lives, good deeds and bad, and decides whether they go to Heaven or Hell.
Kamis - Mystic gardians of each planet. They are not immortal, and are chosen by each succeeding kami.
Ogres - Enma's helpers.
Head Gatekeepers - Hand picked by Mistress Kai, these fighters each watch over the nine gates of Hell and make sure no one passes through their barrier.
