She has quite a vocabulary and almost always uses complete sentences now. * We found a used van that is just right for our growing family. * We accepted the referral of a baby boy from Guatemala at the end of May. *Joshua's DNA test came back matched (to the birthmother)...this is an important step in the adoption process. * We received pre-approval from the Embassy to adopt Joshua and should be in PGN soon... * We have three (working on four) beautiful blessings from God above. | Maria has been with our family for over a year now. We look back over this past year in awe of God's goodness. It has not always been an easy time...bringing a toddler into our home who had experienced a very different life before has had its challenges. But through it all, God has shown us again and again His goodness. Maria is a beautiful and loving little girl. She has learned so much, as well as taught so much. We are so blessed to have her here. |
| Specific Prayer Requests: 1. The adoption process for Joshua. We are specifically praying for a short stay in PGN to bring Joshua home soon. 2. Maria's continued adjustment to pre-school and wisdom for us in handling her three year old behavior! 3. Wise financial decisions during this process. |

| Hello from the Cloud family! We have had a busy summer with a trip to the beach, a family weekend in Kansas City, as well as our summer activities. Another summer adventure...the beginning of an adopption for a little boy in Guatemala. |
