To
register you must fill out the form below. Please make sure to fill out one
form for EVERY horse you register.
Make sure to fill out the "Problems" section with something other
than "none". As wonderful as you think your horses are, they do
have some problems, and admitting it to us will help us fix them. Problems
can range from medical disorders, hoof problems, vices that may affect performance
in the ring, lack of schooling, not low enough action, won't listen to rider,
refuses jumps, excecivly sensetive, and whatever else you can think of. Please
remember that your horse can also develop problems as we go along. Problems
will be randomly chosen and noticed during schooling and shows.
Membership is paid monthly, and is due on the first of each month. Players
who do not pay their dues on time will get a strike. Players who get three
strikes will be banned from the association for a period of one month.
To avoid this, we recommend paying membership in advance for the whole year.
We do not accept pay for two or three months in advance, only for the whole
year in advance.
For our convenience, if you join any time after the first of the month, your
time up to the first of the next month is free of charge, as long as you promise
to stay at least another month.
Membership fees are listed here, with discounts for multiple horses registered
by the same farm.
1-9 horses: $150 a month each
10-19 horses: $125 a month each
20-29 horses: $100 a month each
30-39 horses: $50 a month each
40-49 horses: $25 a month each
50+ horses: $10 a month each
Points are always given to members by-monthly, depending on how active
the horse is, how many shows they have entered, and how well they have places,
as well as how many clinics they have participated in and how detailed the
owner was when registering and showing the horse.
Ex: A horse who was described as"won't get under the bit, and
likes to keep a straight neck, yet has good motion and nice open gaits",
who has entered 12 shows and won 2 of them, got second in 3, and third in
1, who entered one of the 3 clinics will get 5 points.
Ex: A horse who was described as "kicks, good mover", who
entered one show and got third in it, and who never entered a clinic will
get 1 point.
Ex: A horse described as "Goes well under the bit, arches neck
and back normally. Has had some foot problems over the last six months, and
sometimes shows a slight limp. However, he was checked out by the vet. He
has some trouble on the buckle cantering, but he has a very square halt and
can stop without any reign aid. He has a pretty tall jump and likes to sometimes
jump a little big when exited. He has tight turns that look effortless and
is very low in action", who has entered 18 shows and got first in 0,
second in 5, and third in 6 and who has entered every clinic can get anything
from 10-50 points!
From this you can tell it is important to be descriptive when registering
and showing your horse.
