)3 And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt.
)4 And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I.
)5 And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground" (Exodus 3:2-5)

If there was no image, why in the cloud on Mt. Sinai, did He say, "Don't let them break through the base of this mountain to gaze upon me."
"And the LORD said unto Moses, Go down, charge the people, lest they break through unto the Lord to gaze, and many of them perish." (Exodus 19:21) There was a God that could be seen. He was not going to let men see that glorious image. But, somehow, God through His Spirit, placed Himself into the virgin's belly, into a body made out of flesh and conceived by the Holy Ghost, that which was the Word. (See Matthew Chapter 1) That which went to the grave is like a glove on the hand. The hand went to the heart of the earth, and the glove went to the grave. The glove or the flesh became sin. The hand came out, in other words, the Father came out of that body. In the first man Adam, God breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, but in Jesus, the second man Adam, He did not breathe into his nostrils, He was the breathe and the very Father - Himself in that body. He was God the Father in that body.  When the darkness came, the Spirit came out of Jesus. It came out of Him and went to the temple during the period of this darkness, and He tore the veil from the top to the bottom, exposing the mercy seat and showing that there was nothing there now. "And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;" (Matthew 2 7:51)  "And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst" (Luke 23:45)
