Assignments
1. Create a Web page about your heritage - the culture(s) of your family.
    Follow the steps below using Netscape Composer.
    Do all of the steps, following the instructions and examples!
    a. Instructions: Tables In Composer
    b. Example page: My Heritage 1

2. My Heritage 2
    a. Instructions: Finding and downloading images on the Internet
    b. Example: Downloading and saving images from Google

3. Test: Illustrating a poem
    a. Create a Web page that contains a short poem.
    b. Illustrate the poem with 2 or 3 images found on the Internet.
    c. Images must be linked to their source Web page.
    d. Poem is to be on one side of the page, images on the other.
    e. Title must include title of poem and poet's name.
    f. Page title must be the same as the title of the page, not the same
       as the file name.
     Example page - You may not use the poem from the example!

5. Digital Storytelling
    Tell a story in pictures and words
    Examples:
    Cementwork
    Henry's Herbs Oakland Chinatown
    Kitty Kare
    October Sunrise Atop Mt. Tamalpais
    Wedgewood Journey
    a. Title and page title must match.
    b. At least 6 images with captions - spell checked!
    c. At least 2 images must be your own - scanned or on a CD/floppy.
    d. At least 2 images must be from the Internet and linked to their source.
