| A 55 year old lady presented with a lower abdominal mass which had been getting progressively larger. She had been feeling unwell for some months with loss of appetite and loss of weight. At operation she was noted to have bilateral enlargement of both ovaries. The surgical specimen above shows the uterus and ovaries. Both ovaries are greatly enlarged. The cross section appearance is shown below |
