Chao Racing: Race against the computer in Challenges or race against your mates. This is a true test of your Chaos' skills. There are 7 emblems up for grabs and you will have to work for a few of them. The most desired skill here is probably Stamina. If you press 'A' you use up some of it and you get to move a bit faster for a short bit. If you have a slow Chao but a massive stamina bar, whilst your mate has a fast chao but a fairly short stamina bar. You are likely to win by pressing 'A' every 5 seconds and speeding ahead. But beware sometimes fast speed can make your Chao fall over.
Chao Karate: This is new to the Gamecube and is worth 4 emblems. All 5 stats are used here so they need to be considerably high. Keep tapping 'A' to keep your Chao from being Discouraged. Via other sites I have found out there are several rumours how you can do the Wind-up punch and the Spin Kick. The first is by getting your Chao to master the Exercise lesson. The second is by 'smashing the control stick'. By this i mean by hitting it to the right just as your Chao is about to hit and to increase your chance of Dodging smash the control stick to the left just as the opponent is about to hit.
Chao With Chao: -Watch TV together (after TV is won),
-Play with ball together (after ball is won)
-Help each other knock food out of a tree
-(if you starve them), Play in a band together (if multiple know how to play)
-Watch band play (if they don't know an instrument)
-Watching Chao may cover ears and cry causing the chao playing to stop playing and cry as well
-Mate without you moving them to do that
-Play with Jack in the Box (when won)
-Push each other on rocking horse (when won)
-Fight over fruit
-Walk together (not holding hands)
-Dance with each other
-Play ring around the Rosie
-If a Chao is singing and you bring more to Chao to him they will sit down and listen and then clap at the end
-If a Chao is doing something it learned in class and you bring more chao that know the activity to it and they'll start to do it as well.
Chao With Character: -Follows character around garden skipping
-When Chao comes to character after skipping and you don't pet it long enough it will start to giggle
-If you don't pet it or pick it up whilst it's giggling it will lower it's head in shame
-Run to character when whistled at
-"BAA" at character
-Squirm when picked up
-Fidget gleefully when picked up
-Cry
-Flail arms on ground crying
-Attack (if it really hates your character or it is of other type (Hero/Dark))
-Run away screaming (if your character regularly abuses it)
-Chao will cry if you take it's food away whilst it's eating
-If Chao is starving and you have a fruit in your arms it will chase you
-If you don't give it the fruit then it will throw a Temper Tantrum and sit up and cry causing it to REALLY hate your character
-If your Chao is Dark or Neutral and it likes your character but not a whole lot it will give you the thumbs up
-If you have a Hero character instead of the thumbs up it, bows and says something like 'Hiiiii'
-If you have more then one Chao in a garden, and you pay attention to only one, the other Chao will not only hate that character but also the Chao you pay attention to
-If you whistle at a Chao with a character the Chao is either Neutral with or doesn't like then it will stop eating and begin to cry
-if your Chao knows drawing, it will draw bon the ground of the garden. If you stand on it and it sees you, it will cry
