Here is a girl who was everywhere in school. Walk into the library and one spots her,
attend a meeting with the Glee Club, Science Club or even the Public Relations Unit, and you'll find her.
Does Rica ever take a break? She was a recipient of several awards on graduation day.
Rica went to the USA in 1984 to pursue her studies at the Rice University in Houston Texas.
But smart as she is, she kept her mind and eyes open to all opportunity.
She earned a Ph.D in Political Science and met a man who earned his Ph.D in Economics.
With no hesitation, Rica and Tony married two days after graduation in '89.
The couple was blessed with a charming good-looking boy, despite the fact that doctors have told them
that the probability to have children was extremely slim. They are now settled in Ohio.
She recently started as the Internal Compliance Manager for General Revenue Corporation in Cincinnati,
after working as a college professor for 15 years, shifting to the private sector 7 years ago.
Much has changed through the years, but some things remain so very Rica.
With all these achievements, she still finds time to work out in a gym, to read her favorite non-fiction books,
to bake and cook of which she enjoys....
Rica is still everywhere, and yes...
she has learned to take those "productive" breaks.
