| Oh, I�m not sure I�m ready for another adventure. I still haven�t completed my first one. I don�t think Sam will be too happy to learn I�m off on some island when I should be on my way to Mordor. And I�ve still got this dreadful Ring to carry around. I fear I can�t do this. But I suppose I have no choice. Perhaps... I can use the Ring to my advantage. Yes... I could very well disappear whenever necessary... and I could call upon its powers, perhaps... No... I mustn�t think such thoughts. Gandalf would not approve... if he were still alive, that is. |

| Oh I feared there would be no journey home, but alas, this time I don't want want to go home. But now I must! It is the cursed Ring that faults me! If only Sam were here to help me... being apart from him makes me realize how much I depend on him. And Gandalf... if he were alive he'd be disappointed in me. I have failed them all! The Shire shall never be the same to me again. Perhaps I should go strand myself on another island with the Elves in the undying lands... Hopefully they will not vote me off. |
