Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone: The upcoming film version of the JK Rowling book has already broken a record it seems. Most kid-aimed films run about 90 minutes in length, the longest so far were the '98 remake of "The Parent Trap" and the classic "Mary Poppins" at 127 minutes and 139 minutes respectively. Word comes in now the final cut of the kids fantasy epic will clock in at around 142 minutes - almost two and a half hours long. Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets: In surprising news, it seems the "Harry Potter" film is already shooting according to Empire Online, news only revealed after a slight accident. Seems the train standing in for 'The Hogwarts Express' got stuck in a Scottish station and engineers had to come in and dismantle the platform to free it. 400 children+ from around the Fort William area in the Scot Highlands were used for filming. Book V

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix ... this was confirmed by J.K.Rowling.

First thing first, a question I have been asking myself since book I, we'll find out why Voldemort killed Harry's parents. Hemione will become a prefect, oh Percy watch out. Also it will be revealed why some wizards/witches become ghosts and others do not. At the end of book IV Dumbledore mentioned the old crowed. Well we'll see a few of those... Lupin will be back also Sirius, who will be cleared of killing Pettigrew. How, apparently Pettigrew together with Lucius Malfoy will be caught. (oh makes me curious as what will happens with Draco!) One thing though, Harry still cannot go and live with Sirius. Too bad I think that would be fun. At the same time it we'll learn why Harry can't live with Sirius and has to go back the the Dursleys each summer. Another rumor confirmed by J.K. Rowling is that Mrs. Figg (Harry's babysitter, the one with all the cats) is the same person as Abrabelle Figg. One that I kinda figured out myself, ... Snape was a spy for Dumbledore. Dumbledore warned about this, and he was right the Dementors will alley with Voldemort and the prisoners of Azkaban are all freed. Other return appearance is made by Madam Maxime, as she and Hagrid go to make peace with the other Giants. The bad news.... aaaaaaargh withdrawl sympthons, Book V will not be released this year, probably the summer of 2002, and it will not be as long as book 4!
