Professor McGonagall is an animagi. She wears glasses, has her hair in a tight bun and wears a tartan dressing gown (don't laugh!).

Professor McGonagall thinks that Divination is an imprecise branch of magic and thinks (personally, although she doesn't say it) that Professor Trelawney is an old fraud! (I totally agree about professor Trelawney!) Professor McGonagall although being strict must have a kind heart!
Professor McGonagall greatly admires professor Dumbledore.
