| "What the hell's going on Age? This is the second night you've kept us from our plans,"Kevin angrily stated the next evening. "Yeah man. Kelly's a patient woman but she isn't that patient,"Nick chimed in. "Well now we know why Nicky boy's in such a hurry. You got a big date Kev?"Alex inquired. "Not that it's any of your business but yes I do." "Do we know her?" "I don' think so,"Kevin lied. "I think you're lying Kev." "And I think you should mind your own business, Alex,"He said glaring at him. "She must be something special for you to get this defensive buddy." "As a matter of fact she is but you couldn't possibly understand that being as you fucked things up with a woman that could have been the best thing that ever happened to you." "And how would you know?" "I don't have time for this." "You don't have time for this or you don't have time because you're rushing off to see my woman?" "Your woman? Last time I checked she split up with you because of that little tramp you brought into the studio." "She's not a tramp and Simone didn't seem to mind sharing me." "No. Not until she found about what's her name, Marie?" "Come on guys. Surely you can settle this in a more mature manner,"Howie attempted to interveen with no success. "Stay out of this D. Simone is a very strong woman but I bet you already know that Kev." "And how would I know that?"He returned. "Because she's the one you've been running off to see every chance you get , isn't she?" "Yes she is because I believe she's worth catering to every chance I get. From what I can tell you never did cater to her every whim. I would do anything for her." "Anything?" "Anything." "Then I suggest you enjoy the time you have with her because she's slowly falling off the deep end." "No thanks to you. If it wasn't for her, I'd have killed you with my own two hands by now for what you've done to her." "She really does have you whipped." "Little miss thing's got you on a chain so don't be so sure about that." "Whatever you say Kev. Just go live in your little world of make believe because that's all life is to her; one big story waiting to happen." "Something you should think about too,"he returned and turned to the others."Have a good evening and Alex, watch yourself."
