This little darling is a character from the Kensington Gardens, and she bellowed for recognition. As the story goes, she MUST take the flowers of the Gardens (who come to life after Lock-Out time) for a walk, all one at a tyme, or they will "taddle-tale" on her to the not-so-humanitarian Faeries of Queen Mab's Court, who happen to reside in the Kensington Gardens as well.
