ALE: Gorean ale is close to a honey lager. It is a deep golden color. It is traditionally served in a tankard or in some cases a horn.
BAZI TEA: Brewed fresh from Bazi Tea leaves. It is served in three tiny glass or enamel cups, it is prepared in the servery in a small copper pot and is heavily sugared.
Blackwine: Similar to Earth coffee, it is served in a mug. 1st Slave: with cream and white and yellow sugars 2nd Slave: served black Tanned: Bosk milk - no sugars
KA-LA-NA: A wine distilled from the fruit of the Ka-la-na tree. It is red in color and can be served cold, room temp or hot. It is served in a goblet if chilled or warm, if hot in a three footed clay bowl.
KAL-DA: A hot drink, nearly scalding, made from citrus juice, cheap ka-la-na and stinging spices. It is served in a three footed clay bowl.
LARMA JUICE: A type of fruit juice served cool and in a goblet.
MEAD: Fermented with honey, it is traditionally served in a drinking horn but also can be served in a goblet.
MILK: There are three types of milk mentioned in the books, Bosk milk which is thick and sweet, verr milk which is much like goats milk and sand kailla milk which is reddish in color and very salty. It is served in a goblet chilled.
PAGA: A grain based alcohol fermented from Sa-Tarna. It is normally served warm or blood hot. It is a light golden color and smiilar to Earth whiskey. It is served in a three footed clay bowl.
RENCE BEER: Normally kept in flagons, similar to Earth beer and served in a tankard.
SUL-PAGA: A clear, nearly tastless alcohol distilled from suls. It can be served at any tempreature but is perferred warm. It is served in a three footed clay bowl.
TA-WINE: A wine created from Ta-grapes from the vinyards of Cos. It is redish in color and normally served room tempreature. It is served in a goblet.
TURIAN LIQUOR: Thick sweet liquor , rather like dessert wines on Earth, it is served in tiny glasses.
TURIAN WINE: Thick syrupy wine, flavored and sugared. It is served in a goblet.
FERMENTED MILK CURDS: A fermented bosk milk drink popular with the Tuchuks, it is very potent and served in a three footed clay bowl.
SLAVEWINE: Watered down ka-la-na that is mixed with bitter herbs and given to kajira once a month for contraceptive purposes. The Master will give this to the girl.
