Not a natural fighter, Jonathan was a remarkable leader. Charismatic, brilliant and unrelenting, many saw him as a natural protege to his well respected sire. With the wars over, he threw himself into finances, to assist in rebuilding the damages that the battles had caused.

At the insistence of his sire, Jonathan hadn't entered into Camarilla politics for a very long time. The only time he had entered into such politics was when he had moved to Lansing, Michigan. Studying the Kindred there, as well as trying to come up with a peace treaty between the Camarilla and the Anarchs there. Unfortunately... it all ended up in a bloody battle, which ended with numerous casualties... among them, Jonathan's childe, Diana Hammond.

Heartbroken and in a deep depression, Jonathan left to Southern California, where he stayed, brooding for many years, before finally coming out of his self-imposed exile and rejoined the Kindred community. He quickly was elected the Primogen of Riverside. Then the Primogen of San Bernardino, as well. Then the Primogen of Orange County, as well. He held these positions for almost a year, until he was given the Seneschal position of Orange County.

Thus, he stepped down and advised the Prince of Orange County, a Brujah by the name of Michael Shrek, until Prince Shrek decided to step down. After a quick dispute of Praxis with the Tremere, Mayfair Chival, Jonathan Summers had successfully claimed and holds Praxis of Orange County. He has since stepped down to better serve House Armatage.
