The Scepter, Crown and Orb
Prince-Emitrius Louis Armatage embraced three childer, two male and one female, as the physical embodiment of the Imperial Regalia of Cour d'Armatage. Noddists speculated a similarity between this and Caine's embrace of the second generation, the Strong, the Wise, and the Beautiful. Together, the three members of the seventh generation founded the three families which formed House Armatage of the modern nights. There are rumors of a fourth line, as in certain cultures there is a fourth regalia besides the scepter, the crown and the orb; that of the sword. But the sword would symbolize the physical powers and violent might of rulership, something of which the Armatagian Philosophy opposes, and as such the rumors are probably false.
The Edumond Line, the Scepter:
The Regalia of the Edumond bloodline is the Scepter, which symbolizes the worldly power of sovereignty. The progenitor of the Edumond line is Duc Edumond, who's own mortal brother was embraced into Clan Ventrue. The duties of the Edumond line are to acquire earthly wealth and influences for the better of House Armatage and establish public relations.
The La Faux Line, the Crown:
The Regalia of the La Faux bloodline is the Crown, which symbolizes the burden of service to the people. The progenitor of the La Faux line is Duchesse Jacqueline La Faux, who was said to be not only extremely beautiful and paramour to Louis Armatage, but also a great healer as well. The duties of the La Faux line are to contribute and improves the lives of the masses.
The Normand Line, the Orb:
The Regalia of the Normand bloodline is the Orb, which symbolizes the earth stock of Hellenic times. Not much is known of the progenitor nor the duties of the line. Perhaps he was a scout. A warrior? Who knows. What IS clear is that he erased himself from history and from everyone's memory. Perhaps he was a Nosferatu? Doubtful and not very likely, but it seems highly possible that he possessed some knowledge the Discipline of Hiding Unseen. The only one who possibly remembers and knows the truth is Louis Armatage... and he's not talking.
The Sabbat
There has been a recent rumour of House Armatage within the dreaded Sabbat. Who they are and why they've left our fold is unknown, but witnesses say they are all female and all beautiful. These Succubi claim they were once part of the Normand line of House Armatage and now style themselves members of House Dérogeance. They show neither signs of the Curse nor knowledge of the Armatage Fan Language, thus it is logical that they've left Courd'Armatage prior to L'Agression De Coltier and even before the reign of the Sun King of Versailles. If you should see a member of the wilted rose, proceed with great caution.
