Just from reading previews, here is the basic process of placing a foundation for a house or shop.
-Purchase a plot in a field of land. These grounds are marked by a stone.
-Just like in UO, when you try to place the foundation, you see an outline of the area you can build on..
-At this stage you can purchase the actual land or not.
-A list will show up, giving you a choice of buildings.
-Pick the one you want and choose where on your land you wish to have it built. You can also have more than one building on your plot of land.
-At this point you have two choices. 1) gather the resources youself and build your structures or 2) if you dont have the skills to do it yourself, you can leave behind money to pay others who work on your buildings.
