        very popular in
        Greece.

Profiterole

Difficulty:   

Ingrediends:
(for 5-6 people)

6 eggs
2 bars of bitter chocolate
2 tbs water
4 tbs sugar
3 tbs cocoa
3 tbs butter
2 vanillas
9-10 french buns


Bain-marie the chocolate, the butter, the water and the cocoa until they melt and mix well. You take the eggs and you separate the yolks from the whites. You mix the yolks with the sugar and add them to the chocolate mix. Mix well again. Add carefully the whites one at a time and mix. Cut the buns in small pieces and place them in 5-6 small bowls. Pour the chocolate cream on top and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Decorate with whipped cream and serve.
