Fruitsalad (No 1)

Difficulty:   

Ingrediends:
(for 5-6 people)

1/2 cup of red wine
1 tsp honey
Cinamon
1 leaf of daphne
100 gr. sour cherries
4 peaches
Whipped cream


  • Boil the wine with the honey, the cinamon and the daphne.
  • Take out the kernel of the cherries, place them in the mix of the wine and honey and let them cool
  • Pour some boiling water on the peaches and take off their skin
  • Cut them in half and take out the kernel
  • Cut them in thick pieces and add them to the mix
  • Leave for 20' at least to marinate in the fridge
  • Serve the fruitsalad in tall glasses decorated with some whipped cream
