Golden Mushroom And Beancurd Sheet Rolls

Ingredients:
  • 1 piece beancurd sheet
  • 5 oz golden mushroom
  • 3 oz celery
  • 3 oz carrot
  • 1 tbsp minced Chinese ham

    Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 0.5 tsp sesame oil
  • 0.5 tsp cornflour
  • 4 tbsp water
  • dash of pepper
  • Method:
    1. Wipe clean beancurd sheet. Cut into 2" wide and 4" long pieces. Clean and drain
    golden mushroom. Thickly slice celery and carrot.
    2. Wrap several golden mushroom. I slice carrot and 1 slice celery with piece of
    beancurd sheet to make rolls.
    3. Fry rolls with 3 tbsp oil until two sides turn slightly brown. Dish up.
    4. Boil sauce with 0.5 tbsp oil. Pour onto rolls. Sprikle with minced ham.
